Malealea is situated in a remote part of Western Lesotho, breathtaking in its beauty. Malealea staff are Lesotho's activity and pony trekking experts. This is the chance to experience traditional Basotho life. Various Basotho children's choirs and a local Basotho Music band using their homemade instruments entertain the guests in the evenings.
Hikes and pony treks to nearby waterfalls and bushman paintings can be arranged at a moments notice. Overnight treks from 1 - 4 nights or longer, where you stay in traditional Basotho villages.
Directions:
Drive to Motsekuoa either from Maseru or Mafeteng. 10kms, fork right, 15kms turn left, 7 kms and you drive into the lodge gates.
