Only 3 km's from the centre of Maseru, situated on the shores of Maqalika Dam, overlooking the Lancers Gap.
The site is staffed 24hrs a day and ideally located for visiting the some of the main sites of Lesotho aswell as the capital itself. Resturaunts, takeaways, taxis, buses and public transport are all easily reached from the city centre.
You may just want to soak up the sun from the shores of the dam or do a spot of fishing from the extensive shoreline. But if you feel more active you can choose from canoeing, archery, mountain biking or climbing.
Directions:
3 kms from the centre of Maseru you'd need to get a taxi or a combi down the old airport road, ask to go to the Agric College as your driver may not have heard of the place.
Off the Agric / Old Airport Road, on the northern edge of the lake.
